Flaxseed Extract Introduction:
Flaxseed or linseed, mainly known as flaxseed, is the seed of an annual or perennial herb of Linum usitatissimum. The nutrients in flaxseed extract include lignans, protein, fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), or omega-3. Flaxseed contains 800 times lignans than most of other foods. Flaxseed protein has a complete variety of amino acids, and the essential amino acid content is as high as 5.16%.
