Flaxseed Extract Introduction:
Flaxseed or linseed, mainly known as flaxseed, is the seed of an annual or perennial herb of Linum usitatissimum. The nutrients in flaxseed extract include lignans, protein, fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), or omega-3.
