Oolong Tea Extract Introduction:
Oolong tea is a kind of partially fermented tea. Oolong Tea Extract contains unique levels of tea flavanols commonly referred to as catechins. Caffeine works by stimulating the central nervous system (CNS), heart, and muscles. Oolong tea also contains theophylline and theobromine, which are chemicals similar to caffeine. During the partial fermentation processes, small amounts of polyphenols are formed such as theaflavin. Oolong tea is used to sharpen thinking skills and improve mental alertness. Oolong tea is also used to prevent cancer, tooth decay, osteoporosis, and heart disease.
Oolong tea extract is a powdered product prepared from semi-finished or finished oolong tea by extraction, filtration, concentration, drying and other processes. Contains tea polyphenols, tea polysaccharides, tea pigments, alkaloids, amino acids and other biologically active ingredients. It has pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, obesity prevention, cardiovascular disease prevention, cancer prevention, anti-cancer, anti-allergy, and nerve protection.
