Artichoke Extract Introduction:

Artichokes are rich in nutrients. Each 100 grams of edible part contains 0.2 grams fat, 2.8 grams protein, and 9.9 grams sugar. It also contains vitamins A and C, as well as trace elements such as zinc, potassium, and manganese. 

Artichoke extract can reduce blood lipids, mainly by affecting the synthesis and decomposition pathways of cholesterol and lipids in the liver to regulate lipid levels, thereby preventing the occurrence of atherosclerosis. The antimicrobial activities of chlorogenic acid and Cynarin in the artichoke extract are relatively high.
