Grape Seed Extract Introduction
Grape seed extract is a class of polyphenols extracted and isolated from grape seeds, mainly composed of polyphenols such as proanthocyanidins, catechins, epicatechins, gallic acid, and epicatechin gallate. Grape seed extract is a dietary supplement made by removing, drying and crushing the bitter seeds of grapes. The two beneficial components in grape seed extract are polyphenols and proanthocyanidins.
