Black bean is also known as black adzuki bean, horse material bean, wu dou, is the black seed of soybean legumes. It is rich in protein, fat, amino acid and other nutrients, and rich in isoflavones, polysaccharides, pigments and other active substances. Isoflavones mainly exist in the form of glucoside (IFG) and the corresponding glycogen (IFA). The representative isoflavones glucoside are genistin and daidzin, and genistein and daidzein are genistein and daidzein.

Product description:
The extract of black bean skin was extracted from seed bark of black bean glycinine Max (l.) Merri. It was refined by special process, and the main component was cornflower-3-glucoside. Black bean anthocyanin is a powerful antioxidant extracted from the skin of black bean. The natural pigment extracted from black bean skin is called "black bean red pigment", short for "black bean red", also known as black bean anthocyanin.
