Chamomile Extract Introduction:

Chamomile is a flowering plant in the daisy family. Native to Europe and Western Asia, now it is found all around the world. There are two different species of chamomile: one is German chamomile and the other is Roman chamomile.  

Chamomile is used topically in skin and mucous membrane inflammations and skin diseases. The main role of Chamomile Extract in skin care product, cosmetic area, is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent, soothing anti-sensitivity. The risk coefficient is Grade one and relatively safe. It generally no effect on pregnant women, and has no acne-causing. 27 Kinds of triterpenoids with anti-inflammatory effect can be isolated from Chamomile Extract which can treat dermatitis and inhibit induced allergy of skin. At the same time, it can eliminate free radicals, anti-oxidation and alleviate aging. It also has a certain inhibitory effect on melanocytes, and effect of whitening and freckling.
