Introduction
Fenugreek seed extract is extracted from the seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L., family Leguminosae, containing 4-hydroxyisoleucine, protodioscin, gynesine and other substances, which have the effects of relieving pain. Fenugreek seed extract is a fine brown powder, and its content can be selected according to the actual demand. It is used for the treatment of kidney deficiency and cold.
Fenugreek seed extract has good hypotensive, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects. Among them, 4-hydroxyisoleucine has therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes. Fenugreek saponin can prevent and control fatty liver, and has a protective effect on cerebral ischemic injury.
