Onion Extract Introduction:
Onion Extract is an active ingredient for scar treatment. It contains quercetin, flavonoids and spiraeoside, the primary component is quercetin. Modern studies have shown extensively that creams containing quercetin are far more effective at preventing scars than at treating them after they have formed. Quercetin creams, unlike steroid creams, can be applied anywhere on the body and can be applied to patients of all ages. Also, Onion extract can be used in feed as source of polyphenol & flavonoids in large quantity.
