Garcinia Cambogia Extract Introduction:
The Garcinia cambogia is an exotic plant in southern India that has gone unnoticed for years. Recently, the fruit of this plant has been discovered to have incredible anti-obesity potential that has led some experts to call it "the Holy Grail of weight loss."
Garcinia cambogia is a kind of arbor in the family Garciniaceae of the dicotyledonous plant, also known as Malabar tamarind. The biological health products extracted from the garcinia cambogia fruit are popular all over the world. Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) is a compound found in Garcinia cambogia extract. HCA has a chemical structure similar to citric acid. It has been demonstrated in the laboratory (but not yet in trials with people) to reduce the conversion of carbohydrates into stored fat by inhibiting certain enzyme processes.
