Description:
Kacip fatimah (Labisia pumila) . Kacip Fatimah is a small woody and leafy plant that grows and can be found widely in the shade of forest ground. The leaves are about 20 centimeters long.
It is traditionally used as a kind of tea by women who experience a loss of libido, it is the female version of Tongkat Ali. Despite its long history of traditional use, the active components and mode of action have not been well studied, though some preliminary research has been published.
Function:
Kacip fatimah has been known for along time as a medicine or antiseptic for feminine reproductive system. It delivers benefits as help to firm and tone abdominal muscles after giving birth; reduce painful menstruation and natural aphrodisiac boost. Kacip fatimah can be taken as a drink or used in external body. In external use, it can kill infectious bacteria and prevent from yeast infection, and it has been proved that kacip fatimah has benefit in resume the elasticity in vagina muscle. Extract from this herb is usually served in capsules and pills. A concoction made from boiling the plant in water is given to women in labour to hasten delivery of their babies. In other medicinal preparations, it can treat gonorrhoea, dysentery and eliminate excessive gas in the body.
Traditionally, it is used in Borneo for enhancing vitality, overcome tiredness and help to tone vaginal muscles for women:

Dosing
The herb, or formulation with other herbs, is available in many commercial products as a capsule, tea, or coffee, and as a canned beverage for human consumption. A pilot study documents dosages of up to 560 mg/day in postmenopausal women. Most commercial formulations are 154 mg capsules taken twice daily.
But dosage is not verified, the recommended dosage vary much for different people, age, weight, Kingherbs' Kacip Fatimah extract is recommended to take about 600-1200mg per time, twice a day.
