Griffonia Seed Extract Introduction
Griffonia simplicifolia is a type of plant found in western parts of Africa. The main chemical component of Griffonia Seed Extract is 5-Hydroxytrophan (5-HTP), which is a natural amino acid extracted from the dried seeds of the legume Ghana grain Griffonia Simplicifolia. Griffonia Seed are currently the main natural source for the manufacture of 5-HTP which has the effects of anti-depression, central analgesia, hypnosis, anti-stress, endocrine regulation and other physiological effects.
Application
1.Anti-depression:
5-HTP is a metabolite of the amino acid tryptophan and a precursor of human serotonin. It is used to synthesize complex amines required by the human body (an important role in normal nerve and brain functions). It is helpful for normal nerve materials and brain function and can treat depression.
2.Reducing stress and improving sleep:
It can help the human body balance this hormone to control human emotions, improve sleep quality, and effectively inhibit pain. Therefore, 5-hydroxytryptophan is also used to treat insomnia.
3.Weight loss:
It can effectively control appetite, improve the sensitivity of the satiety center, reduce hunger in the diet control of the weight loss process, and make the weight loss process easier and easier to achieve. It is a popular weight loss food adjuvant.
