Clove Extract Introduction:
Clove extract is mainly derived from the dried flower buds and dried fruits of Eugenia caryophμllataThunb. It distributes in the Malay Archipelago and Africa, and also cultivated in Guangdong, Guangxi and other places in China.
The main components of clove extract are eugenol, aceteugenol, caryophyllene, vanillin and esters. It has a clove scent, insoluble in cold or hot water, easily soluble in ethanol, water-containing ethanol, ether, oil Chemicalbook, propylene glycol and glacial acetic acid. It is stable to heat. It can be used in combination with a chelating agent to enhance the antioxidant capacity. It can be used in conjunction with vitamin E, etc. It has a synergistic effect.
