Introduction:
With pronounced anti-lipid peroxidation effects, free radicals are highly reactive chemicals, often containing oxygen atoms, capable of destroying important cellular components. Coenzyme Q10 is an important coenzyme in the body and an important hydrogen transfer body in the respiratory chain of biological cells. It undertakes the role of proton transfer and electron transfer in the mitochondrial oxidative respiratory chain, and can promote oxidative phosphorylation and the generation of energy carrier ATP, that is, Coenzyme Q10 is said to be involved in a complex series of reactions that help cells convert carbohydrates obtained from food into ATP, an important energy molecule.
