Cordyceps could increasing energy levels and athletic performance. DOSAGE: 2-4 grams per day of cordyceps sinensis has been associated with increased energy levels, reduced fatigue and an enhanced ability to use oxygen.
Cordyceps mycelia has almost the same active ingredients as cordyceps bodyfruit, with more amino acids.
