Black soybean hull is black and contains anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are a good source of antioxidants, which can scavenge free radicals in the body, especially in the acidic environment of the stomach.
Studies have found that black soybean hull extract can improve the body's absorption of iron, and eating black beans with the skin can improve the symptoms of anemia. The blood-replenishing effect of black bean hull extract is achieved by acting on "hepcidin" in the human body.
Hepcidin is a regulatory molecule produced by the liver and is a key substance in the regulation of iron homeostasis and iron metabolism in the human body. Overactive hepcidin can cause an excessive decrease in the iron content in the blood, thereby limiting the synthesis of red blood cells, which is one of the causes of anemia.
Function:
1.Antioxidant
It can scavenge free radicals in the body.
2.It can improve the body's absorption of iron.
