Introdunction
Rhubarb is a group of plants that belong to the genus Rheum. They are herbaceous perennial plants growing from short, thick rhizomes. They have large leaves that are somewhat triangular-shaped with long fleshy petioles.They have small flowers grouped in large compound leafy greenish-white to rose- red inflorescence.
Functions: 1. Anti-aging, regulating the activity of central nervous system, thus to delay the aging of brain;
2. Delaying thymus degradation which caused by aging , improving immunity of body;
3.Improving the ability of reducing the cholesterol, lowering blood fat and inhibiting the development of atherosclerotic.
